Our cancellation policy outlines clear guidelines on refunds, credits, and changes to medical travel plans, ensuring transparency and clarity at every stage.
Before Arrival in India
If you choose to cancel your medical trip after paying a deposit or the full package amount, HospyKare offers the following options:
- The amount paid to HospyKare may be retained as an interest-free credit balance, valid for six months, and can be used for future treatment or services.
- If any payment has been made directly to a hospital or medical facility, the hospital’s cancellation and refund policy will apply and be binding.
After Arrival in India
Once you arrive in India and attend a medical consultation, if either you or the treating surgeon decides not to proceed with the planned procedure:
- Any deposit paid toward surgical or hospital services will not be refundable under any circumstances.
- Refunds, if any, will be strictly governed by the hospital’s internal cancellation and refund policy.
Cancellations related to hotels, serviced apartments, transport, or other third-party services will be subject to the individual terms and conditions of those service providers.
Tours and Return Travel After Surgery
Recovery timelines are shared based on your doctor’s medical advice. However, healing varies from patient to patient and may not strictly follow the planned itinerary. This may require changes to return travel dates or post-treatment tours.
HospyKare does not operate travel or tour services directly and only facilitates available options. Any cancellation, rescheduling, or refund requests must be handled directly with the respective service providers, as per their policies.
If you intend to book premium or non-refundable travel experiences after surgery, we strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen medical or recovery-related changes.

Consultation dates, procedure schedules, and recovery timelines mentioned in your itinerary are indicative and subject to change based on medical evaluation and individual recovery. HospyKare cannot be held responsible for changes to flight bookings, tours, or travel plans resulting from such variations.
Variation in Bookings
After paying your deposit, you may request changes to travel dates. Such changes may attract additional charges imposed by airlines, hotels, serviced apartments, tour operators, or other third parties.
For deposits paid toward medical procedures, the amount will be held by HospyKare or the hospital as an interest-free credit for six months. A revised treatment estimate will be provided upon your arrival in India and will supersede any earlier quotations.
